Resonant Leaders

Thanks to Maureen and Jack I was re-introduced to Daniel Goleman and his research. As it turns out, Goleman has his own blog. A recent post entitled Resonant Leaders highlights some of what we heard at LLMA '07. In the post, Goleman says: "Resonant leaders can, for example, listen to workers’ negative feelings, and respond empathically and supportively, a crucial skill during chaotic times. In general, resonant leaders build positive work climates, while dissonant leaders are out of synch and out of touch, creating disharmony." I like that.
